Would like to see more information about hormones and weight loss. Not many individuals talk about this and is the backbone to losing weight, specifically regulating Insulin, and controlling Ghrelin through proper meal timing. So many people fail to connect Insulin and Ghrelin to our obesity epidemic, and fall prey to the Calories In versus Calories out dieting mentality. It's too bad this book your mentioning fails to dive into these highly scientific principals..
