Use These Foods To Help You Lose Body Fat Fast (Especially for Men Over 40)
If you are a man over 40, there are certain foods that will pack on weight faster then “white on rice” (Sorry — bad expression!)
But there are other foods, when eaten on a consistent basis will drive your body into a fat-burning frenzy!
Now these foods are not your traditional fat-burning foods — many of these foods have gotten a bad rap for many years.
But make no mistake about it — when you eat these foods in the right combinations, you will be turning your body into a fat burning machine!
So, take notes and when you are done reading this — make sure you have a lot of these foods in your kitchen!
FAT BURNING FOOD #1
Eggs — Whole eggs are one on the best fat burning foods out there. Labeled as “Natures perfect protein” these power packed foods contain amazing levels of saturated fats and vitamins that allow the body to tap into its own body fat stores for energy. Now here is the thing — you may have stayed away from eggs due to their high cholesterol levels. What you need to understand is high cholesterol in foods is not a bad thing — in fact, you body needs Cholesterol in order to function properly. For men over 40, I would recommend 3–5 eggs daily. (Do not put them on toast!)
FAT-BURNING FOOD #2
Olive oil — This antioxidant oil is loaded with monounsaturated fats, which are very good for your cardiovascular health. In addition, Olive oil is wonderful to drive down inflammation in the body — which will help your body release its own body fat for energy. Make sure to put a few tablespoons over a salad, or add it overtop of your eggs in the morning. Never cook with olive oil — use it Raw!
FAT-BURNING FOOD #3
Salted Butter — Butter is one of the top fat burning foods for a few different reasons. The #1 reason is that small chained fatty acids in butter get converted to Butyrate. Butyrate is wonderful for helping heal the intestinal tract, reducing inflammation within the small intestine, and improving all over digestion. In order for your body to actually use body fat for energy, digestion must be working well — and butter is one of the most important foods that can help do just that.

Avocados — Nature’s healthiest fruit — this is one fruit that is loaded with dietary fats that help drive down Insulin (your fat-storing hormone) and improve the bodies ability to use its own body fat for energy. Avocados also helps the body reduce inflammation, which is the leading causes of all diseases within the body. Aim to eat one Avocado a day in a high fat salad.

Natural Bacon — Bacon is one of those foods that like eggs, has had a bad reputation for ruining good health. It is a complete myth that Bacon is bad for your heath. Many individuals think that the fat in bacon is harmful, but the opposite is true — Bacon has about 50 percent Monounsaturated fat, which is the heart healthy fat that your body needs. 40 percent of bacon is made up of saturated fats, which is essential for the proper functioning of the body. Eating these types of fats from bacon will help improve the bodies ability to use its own body fat for energy, due to helping the body drive down Insulin levels.
The best part of these foods is that when put in the right combination, can help drive your body into a strong fat burning state.
Many of these foods are higher in fat content — but higher dietary fat content is what you need in order for you to lose body fat correctly.
This is because losing weight is more about regulating and controlling hormones then restricting calories.
