Many people don’t realize that food is a drug in the body.

And like any drug, there are powerful effects that happen within the body.

There are foods that can switch on and off the fat-burning process in the body, much like a light switch that controls the flow of electricity.

You can eat certain foods that activate fat-burning process, but there are also foods that turn off this process and will store the foods you eat as body fat.

Packed with a load of Monounsaturated fats, this heart healthy oil drives down inflammation within the body, which is the root causes of all diseases.
