The Right Meal Combinations to Help Men Over 40 Lose The Belly Fat And Get Healthy For Life!

If you’re a man that’s over 40 and you’re tired of holding onto your belly fat and your health is starting to fall apart, then in this article I will explain the exact process that you will be able to change all of this in a few short months.

For so many men over 40, they have been given ill advice when it comes to weight loss.

They are told to go to the gym and eat healthier…

But what does eat healthier even mean?

Sure, we all know to cut out sugar and processed foods.

That’s a given and at this point every man should be cutting out all types of processed foods.

Now the confusing part…

What types of foods do you need to eat in order for you to properly lose weight and get the health and body you deserve?

The interesting thing here, is that there is no single one food that will help you lose weight.

In fact, it’s the combinations of the right types of foods that make the biggest difference.

You might want to think of food as a chemical equation.

In chemistry, you mix certain compounds together to create a solution, like water for example

(One part hydrogen to one part oxygen creates water, or H2O.)

The same holds true for food combinations.

You combine certain foods together, which influences how your body operates.

Combining the wrong foods together will create disease and destroy cells.

Conversely if you combine the right foods together, your body will thrive, and you will easily lose the excess belly fat.

This is where it gets dicey.

What types of foods do you combine to make sure your body thrives instead of dies?

That’s a great question and its what I have taken the past 20 years to study and dissect, so that you just need to follow the meal planning formula and you will lose the belly fat permanently.

Fats Heal, Carbohydrates Kill

The most important thing to realize is that Dietary Fats are not harmful to the human body.

Quite the opposite.

Certain fats can heal the body of disease and improve the bodies fat-burning capabilities.

The tops fats to combine in with meals are:

· Coconut oil

· Olive Oil

· MCT Oil

· Salted Butter

· Ghee

· Avocado Oil

· Dairy Fats

· Eggs

· Macadamia Oil

· Nuts and Seeds

· Avocados

· Lard

Some of these fats have been condoned in society as being harmful for the body, however over the last few years, have now been accepted as an essential part of a healthy normal diet.

Ideally when you create your meals you want to include one to two of these fats in each meal that you consume.

The main reason for this, is that fats have no affect on our Insulin secretion.

Insulin is our bodies “fat-storing hormone” and can take excess glucose and convert this sugar into Triglycerides which gets stores as body fat in the adipose tissue.

Eating meals higher in dietary fats allows the pancreas to rest and not produce as much Insulin.

This is one of the ways in which you can become healthier and lose the belly fat easily.

By lowering the Insulin secretion from the Pancreas.

Now that we have some basic dietary fats to eat then we can move to picking appropriate protein courses.

They are a variety of proteins to pick from such as:

· Chicken

· Beef

· Steak

· Pork

· Lamb

· Turkey

· Venison

· Duck

· Bison

Whatever protein source you choose, that is the “base” for the meal. Most men over 40 needs around 4–6 ounces of protein per meal.

Once you have measured out your protein, then add in your fats. That could be one or a combination of the fats mentioned above.

You now need to finish the meal off with fibrous carbohydrates. (Vegetables)

Vegetables contain the necessary vitamins and minerals to help the body absorb and use dietary fats fats properly by the cells.

Combining the proper foods together into the right meal combinations is critical to your health and vitality.

It is also imperative that you do this consistently and on a daily basis.
