Here is a 3-step process to get your body to burn body fat without you going on a diet or exercising six days a week!

STEP 1 — REDUCE YOUR BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS
Listen, high blood sugar is causing massive inflammation in your body. It also will stop your body from accessing its own body fat stores for energy. Reduce and eliminate all Carbohydrates from your diet. Carbohydrates cause a massive spike in blood sugars, which sets up a chain reaction that causes our body to become FAT STORING MACHINES!
STEP 2 — CONSUME THE RIGHT FOODS THAT CONTAIN A HIGHER FAT CONTENT
This next step is critical, because many people eliminate highly refined carbohydrates, but fail to replace those carbohydrates with the correct amount of dietary fats. This means that you MUST focus on eating three types of dietary fats each day found in certain foods. These types of fats are:
- Saturated fats — Example: Butter, Coconut oil,High Fat Whipping Cream
- Monounsaturated Fats: Avocados, Olive oil, Nuts like Almonds
- Polyunsaturated Fats — Salmon, Mackerel, Flaxseed
The trick is not only to get the right amount of fats each day, but to have the correct combinations of saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats in your diet each and every day. This is where many people fail, as no one has taught them which high fat foods they need to consume so they can easily lose their belly fat.
STEP 3 — REGULATE MEAL TIMING TO REDUCE YOUR HUNGER HORMONES
Most people when they want to lose weight will either skip meals, restrict calories, or do some type of “fasting” protocol. This won’t work and will cause more harm in the body than good. It is better to time your meals properly, so you train your body to use dietary fat for energy, instead of relying on glucose to fuel cells. By timing your meals properly you are also reducing the fat-storing hormone GHRELIN (The hunger hormone) and increase Leptin (The hormone that regulates appetite and tells your brain to STOP EATING) If you skip meals, Leptin tells the brain to eat more (and usually more of the WRONG foods) Therefore it is important to stick with a properly timed meal schedule that works with your lifestyle.
There you have it, a basic three-step process to get your body to become a fat-burning machine!
