Last night my glucose levels fell to 3.6 mmol/l. (64 mg/dl) This was after eating 3 meals in the day.

You may be thinking that this amount of glucose is way too low and I should eat some carbs. 😊

But having a low glucose profile like this is the only way to longevity and good health.

You see, excess glucose in the bloodstream destroys cells.

Excess glucose causes Hyperinsulinemia, which is where your Pancreas is constantly pushing out Insulin to deal with the excessive amount of sugar in your bloodstream.

This in turn causes Insulin Resistance.

This is the deadliest of conditions and leads the death of cells in your body.

All diseases in the body can be linked back to excess glucose in the bloodstream. If you’re dealing with high blood sugar levels in the blood, then this is a sign of internal trouble, and you need to take immediate action.

The only way to become healthy, lose the belly fat and improve the longevity of your life is to drive down the glucose in your bloodstream.

This means that men over 40 should have a glucose level of 4.5 mmol/l (81 mg/dl) or lower for optimum health and vitality.
