How To Lose Your Belly Fat In 3 Easy Steps If Your a Man Over 40.

I wanted to give you 3 actionable steps that you can take today that will help you lose your belly fat for life and improve the overall health of your body.

1) Drive down glucose levels by consuming fewer Carbohydrates:

“Carbs” stimulate Insulin from the pancreas, which turns on the mTor Pathway. ( The mammalian target of rapamycin)

mTor is the central controller of cell growth and plays a key role in development and aging and has been implicated in disorders such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and diabetes.

ACTION: Consume less than 20 grams of NET carbohydrates each day.

2) Drive up Dietary Fat intake daily:

Dietary Fats have no effect on Insulin and can actually reduce mTor signaling and improve Autophagy. Autophagy is the recycling of dysfunctional cells and misshapen proteins. It helps stimulate the healing pathways of the human body.

ACTION: Consume 150–200 grams of dietary fats each day.

3) Time Meal Properly for Improved Appetite Control

Timing meals improves the hormones Ghrelin and Leptin. Ghrelin tells the brain to search for food and Leptin regulates appetite and signals the brain that no food is needed. Timing meals becomes important when it comes to how these hormones are released each day.

ACTION: Time your meals every four hours to control the hormones Ghrelin and Leptin.
