I eat over 200 grams of Dietary fats a day and consume less than 10 grams of net carbohydrates in total.

Eating a low-fat, high carbohydrate diet is keeping you fat for three reasons:

1) Carbohydrates stimulate Insulin — which signals your body to store the carbs you just ate as body fat. (This is especially true if your eating carbohydrates all the time and already have a belly)

2) Eating a diet that is low in fat decreases testosterone and increases estrogen. This is because dietary fats will actually improve your total testosterone production, and inhibits the body from producing estrogen,

3) Eating Carbohydrates increases a hormone called Ghrelin which stimulates your appetite and drives up cravings.

Listen, if you want to lose the excess stubborn belly fat and dramatically improve your health, the traditional advice that you have gotten when it comes to losing weight is all wrong…

If you follow the typical advice of “Eat a low-fat diet and exercise 6x/week” it will backfire in your face.
