· 5 eggs

· 1 tablespoon of Coconut oil

· 1 ounce of shredded cheese

· 2 tablespoons of salted butter

Add a cup of green tea with 4 tablespoons of high fat whipping cream.

You will have so much energy after this meal, it will be insane!

***You will have to adjust the portion sizes for yourself, as this was created for my own bodyweight, height, activity level and body fat percentage. Portion sizes will be different for each person.***
