Trevor Folgering — Stuffed Deviled Eggs

These Tuna Stuffed Deviled Eggs are perfect to pack for lunch or serve as an appetizer!

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 175g Tuna, drained
  • 1 tbsp minced Red Onion
  • 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 5 tbsp Mayo
  • Chopped Chives
  • Salt & Pepper

STEP 1

Half all of the boiled eggs.

STEP 2

COMBINE THE EGG YOLKS WITH MAYO AND SMASH.

STEP 3

Add tuna, red onion, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper to the mashed yolks.�

Step 4

Scoop heaped spoonfuls of the mix into each egg half.

STEP 5

Garnish with Chives
