Losing your belly fat is truly a science, but unfortunately no one has taught you the science weight loss.

The Science of Weight Loss

Yes, losing weight is a science that is controlled by the types of foods that you eat.

Food is like a drug that can magically switch your body into a fat-burning machine or a Fat-storing machine instantaneously.

Each meal that you eat has a powerful affect within your body, and by consuming the correct meal combinations at the right times throughout the day, will help shift your body to use its own body fat for energy each day.

Within your body you have a powerful fat-burning metabolic pathway that has been lying dormant since you ate your first carbohydrate-laced food as a baby.

Your metabolic pathway activates when certain hormones get suppressed and other hormones gets released.

Your fat-storing hormone, Insulin is the #1 reason you have belly fat right now and for you to truly lose weight, you must reduce the amount of Insulin that gets released from the Pancreas.

Once you accomplish this, then your pancreas floods the body with another powerful hormones called Glucagon.

Glucagon is a signaling hormone that will signal the liver to release stored energy to be used for fuel by the cells.

That stored energy comes from your own belly fat stores!

Your body then breaks down the fat cells and converts these fat cells to Acetyl-CoA, which is further broken down into Ketone bodies.

The cells in your body now can these ketone bodies for energy, which is an amazing thing! Thirty-five percent more energy can be delivered to the cells when Ketone bodies are produced.

This means that you will have way more energy throughout the day, with no energy crashes!

Now for you to get your body to switch metabolic pathways and use Ketone bodies for energy you must have these two things in order:

1) Consistently combine foods together that are higher in dietary fats and lower in proteins and carbohydrates.

The reason behind creating certain meal combinations is that consuming meals that are higher in fats and lower in proteins and Carbohydrates will dramatically lower the Insulin response from the Pancreas.

2) Have consistent meal timing each day to ensure hunger hormones are controlled.

Timing your meals correctly help lower the hormone Ghrelin that is released from the GI Tract. This in turn will allow the appetite to be regulated which means you will never be hunger or have cravings. (Unlike typical diets that give no regard to the hunger hormone Ghrelin)

By consistently eating the right food combinations at the right times throughout the day, you will be able to drive your bodies metabolic pathway into the pathway that produces Ketones from your own body fat stores.
