A Fat Burning Meal Just For Men Over 40!
Here is a very simple BioHacking Meal for men over 40 that will help you burn the belly fat yet tastes delicious!
This is only one meal combination out of the thousands that I have created for my clients that allow them to drive down their fat-storing hormones, and increase their fat-burning hormones. I use these meal combinations to help shift their bodies into the metabolic pathway called Nutritional Ketosis.
STEP 1 — START WITH PROTEIN AS YOUR BASE
For men over 40, that would be about 4 ounces of protein — it could be any type of protein. If you’re starting out, I would do lean meat, like chicken breast, so you can control the fat content.
STEP 2 — ADD IN YOUR VEGGIES
This would be about one cup of your favorite vegetables. I would highly recommend something that is easy to digest. Most individuals do good with spinach or some type of salad. Do NOT do some type of “mix” The combination can create GI Upset. Keep things simple in this department.
STEP 3 — ADD IN FATS
This is one of the most important components of the meal, as fats do not have any effect on Insulin, which is our “Fat-Storing Hormone” — Fats to consider would be things like olive oil, MCT oil, Avocado oil, Hemp seeds, Avocado. For this meal, add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and ½ an Avocado.
STEP 4 — ADD IN YOUR CONDIMENTS
This gives the meal and extra “kick” as well as delivers more dietary fats. Choose condiments like Ranch or Caesar Dressing. You can also top this meal with Hemp Hearts for an Omega 3 Boost. For this meal combination, let’s throw in 2 tablespoons of Ranch, for fun.
And there you have it, a High Fat, Moderate Protein, Low carbohydrate Fat Burning Meal!
Now you can make this meal yourself, but the one thing that is missing is the fine details on how much protein and fats that are needed for your body.
