Strategy 3 — Regulate Hormones and DON’T count calories!
Hormones drive the fat burning process in your body, not the number of calories that are eaten. There are four powerful hormones that you need to regulate for you to tap into your belly fat and lose inches fast. They are Insulin, Glucagon, Leptin, Ghrelin.
